(1) The District Committee shall prepare and update a list of experts or interpreters who can translate the language of court proceedings.
(2) While preparing the list as per sub-rule (1), the District Committee shall publish public notice and do so on the basis of the competence of the interested persons.
(3) If the victim who does not understand the language of the court proceedings needs to have an interpreter or translator, the victim can make a request to the district committee.
(4) If the victim makes a request according to sub-rule (3), the district committee sub-rule
(1) Among the persons whose names are included in the list, the victim can appoint any person he wants to work as an interpreter or translator.
